Emphasis on quality and the achievement of high standard
prOKare are always trying to improve the service to people who live in their Homes. To do this we check the Home every month to make sure it is always meeting and where possible exceeding our expectations.
We also check with client’s by asking questions about the service, to see where and how we can improve it. Client’s will be helped to participate in a monthly meeting where they can discuss issues and make suggestions about how life in the home can be made better for them.
prOKare staff receive continual education in this field of work. Apart from compulsory monthly education sessions and week blocks, they also participate in NVQ’s (National Vocational Qualifications).
The company believes that the quality of decision-making entered into by its staff, and the standard of excellence in its service to others depends largely on the knowledge and skills of its staff.
